I almost went through all the options in a week. Lemongrass tuna - perfect sear on meaty tuna paired with unique sauces and pickled onion. Blackened chicken mango - powerfully spiced tender chicken with stringy roasted sweet potatoes, a nice balance of sweet and savory. Smoky chicken - Very present smoke on the chicken (a good portion of protein) paired with amazing cabbage slaw. Budda - the pan-fried tofu rendered a crisp exterior and the fresh cilantro lifted the entire bowl. A very solid vegetarian option. Overall - ideal portions, quality ingredients, harmoniously balanced chef’s bowls. My new go to for fast casual healthy yet filling meals.

I’m literally sitting here and watching Adrian work in all areas. He took my order, made my order, and brought it out to me. Super kind and the hardest working individual I’ve seen in here. He is maximizing his time here for sure. The food is bomb but to see a small glimpse into Adrian’s work ethic is something short of spectacular. He alone deserves five stars, a raise, a stogie, and a big hug for all he does. Long, red hair fella is the reason I’ll be back more.
Have the best time meeting friends here for lunch or dinner! Always the freshest ingredients and such a peaceful place to eat. Love to try their different teas and lemonades. You will find healthy and comfort choices in this cozy eatery! There's plenty of parking and outdoor seating.
I have dietary restrictions and needs that limit my options at most restaurants. It was SOOO nice to walk into a place where I could eat 90% of the menu!! I only wish there were more locations!!!

Modern Market is great for parents of young kids. Kids eat free Sunday (and I think Saturday) after 5pm. The salads were really spectacular. I had the jerk tuna salad - which came with avocado, mango, and a really good light dressing. I got extra protein which was an additional $6. Hubby got the Southwest Salad with double chicken. This came with pickled onions, blue corn tortilla chips and a light creamy dressing. I can't decide which salad was better - they were both extremely flavorful and the portions are huge. The kids got grilled cheese, no tomatoes. It's quite a small portion if you're kid is a pre-teen but good if they're little kid or big kid. My kids love the grilled cheese - they get it almost every time. I highly recommend Modern Market if you're looking for easy, quick, low-key, and family-friendly.
Had the Baja Chicken Salad with the Cucumber Mint Lemonade. Some pieces of chicken were a little salty and tough but overall was flavorful enough that I would try it again. The service was quick and friendly. The dining area was also clean with lots of seating.
Was introduced to Modern Market by friends with extreme food allergies. They swore by it and it has now become our favorite place for salad and healthy foods on a Saturday morning. This recent trip I tried the Salmon Curry bowl and was in love. The salads here are also meet the standards of my mother who's a salad fanatic. Topped off with a oven fired half pizza and tasty lemon juice, we left well pleased and full. Price is a little steep but I think it's worth it for good service, clean environment, and pleasant staff. No complaints.
